PBI rear sprockets are manufactured from aircraft quality 7075-T6 Aluminum which surpasses common steel sprockets in tensile, yield and shear strength. They are harder than steel and far lighter to save on unsprung weight. Most models are provided with lightening holes and are made from full thickness aluminum for maximum strength. Available in a full range of tooth sizes for ratio versatility.
CNC machined from solid high grade alloy steel and broached specially for maximum spline to shaft contact providing optimum load bearing. Heat treated and plated for long life and extended wear resistance.
